Accounts Payable Associate – Remote – Fresh Graduates | Tabuk, Saudi Arabia

We are hiring for a remote accounting position based in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Tabuk preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Maintain organised digital records for audit purposes
• Reconcile bank statements at the end of each month
• Flag unusual entries to the finance lead
• Chase overdue payments politely and log responses
• Assist with VAT filing preparation where applicable
• Record daily transactions in the accounting system
• Match supplier bills to purchase orders and receipts

• High accuracy with numbers
• Reliable internet and personal computer
• Accounting fundamentals from study or short courses
• Ability to meet monthly closing deadlines
• Comfortable with Excel formulas and pivot basics

• Arabic language skills
• Understanding of GCC VAT rules
• Accounting or finance degree
• Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books or SAP
