Job summary

About the role

A work-from-home data entry opportunity for people living in Oman (candidates near Sohar preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Support monthly data audits by pulling requested records on request
  • Review incoming documents and convert them into structured spreadsheet rows
  • Enter customer, product and invoice records into internal systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Clean duplicated or incomplete records so reporting stays reliable
  • Update pricing, stock and contact fields whenever change requests arrive
  • Maintain daily entry logs and report completed volumes to your team lead
  • Cross-check submitted data against source files and flag mismatches

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and patience with repetitive tasks
  • Willingness to learn internal data tools during onboarding
  • Reliable home internet connection and a personal laptop or desktop
  • Ability to follow written instructions without close supervision
  • Basic English reading and writing skills

Preferred skills

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of data validation formulas
  • Comfort using shared drives and cloud folders
  • Arabic typing skills
