Junior Quality Assurance Analyst (Remote) – No Experience Required | Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote quality assurance position based in Bahrain. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Track defect status until closure
• Write clear bug reports with steps, screenshots and expected results
• Verify Arabic and English interfaces display correctly
• Re-test fixes and confirm they work across browsers and devices
• Suggest usability improvements you notice while testing
• Participate in short daily stand-ups with the product team
• Support release checklists and sign-off notes

• Interest in software quality as a career path
• Comfortable using multiple browsers and devices
• Methodical, detail-focused working style
• Ability to describe problems precisely in writing

• ISTQB Foundation study
• Basic SQL or API testing exposure
• Experience with Jira, TestRail or similar
• Awareness of RTL layout testing

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.
