Job summary

About the role

A work-from-home quality assurance opportunity for people living in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Suggest usability improvements you notice while testing
  • Re-test fixes and confirm they work across browsers and devices
  • Check content, links and forms before releases
  • Write clear bug reports with steps, screenshots and expected results
  • Maintain the test case library as features change
  • Track defect status until closure

Requirements

  • Interest in software quality as a career path
  • Methodical, detail-focused working style
  • Comfortable using multiple browsers and devices
  • Ability to describe problems precisely in writing

Preferred skills

  • Awareness of RTL layout testing
  • Experience with Jira, TestRail or similar
  • Basic SQL or API testing exposure
  • ISTQB Foundation study
