About the role

A work-from-home quality assurance opportunity for people living in Qatar (candidates near Al Rayyan preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Write clear bug reports with steps, screenshots and expected results
  • Suggest usability improvements you notice while testing
  • Participate in short daily stand-ups with the product team
  • Verify Arabic and English interfaces display correctly
  • Support release checklists and sign-off notes
  • Track defect status until closure
  • Maintain the test case library as features change

Requirements

  • Comfortable using multiple browsers and devices
  • Ability to describe problems precisely in writing
  • Methodical, detail-focused working style
  • Interest in software quality as a career path

Preferred skills

  • Experience with Jira, TestRail or similar
  • Awareness of RTL layout testing
  • ISTQB Foundation study

Eligibility
