Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote quality assurance role you can do from home in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Check content, links and forms before releases
  • Support release checklists and sign-off notes
  • Suggest usability improvements you notice while testing
  • Track defect status until closure
  • Verify Arabic and English interfaces display correctly
  • Re-test fixes and confirm they work across browsers and devices
  • Execute manual test cases across web and mobile builds

Requirements

  • Ability to describe problems precisely in writing
  • Interest in software quality as a career path
  • Methodical, detail-focused working style
  • Comfortable using multiple browsers and devices

Preferred skills

  • ISTQB Foundation study
  • Experience with Jira, TestRail or similar
  • Awareness of RTL layout testing

Eligibility
