Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote quality assurance position based in Oman. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Re-test fixes and confirm they work across browsers and devices
  • Write clear bug reports with steps, screenshots and expected results
  • Check content, links and forms before releases
  • Track defect status until closure
  • Maintain the test case library as features change
  • Execute manual test cases across web and mobile builds

Requirements

  • Methodical, detail-focused working style
  • Comfortable using multiple browsers and devices
  • Interest in software quality as a career path
  • Ability to describe problems precisely in writing
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Experience with Jira, TestRail or similar
  • ISTQB Foundation study
  • Basic SQL or API testing exposure
  • Awareness of RTL layout testing
