Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote accounting position based in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send customer invoices on schedule
  • Maintain organised digital records for audit purposes
  • Chase overdue payments politely and log responses
  • Match supplier bills to purchase orders and receipts
  • Record daily transactions in the accounting system
  • Flag unusual entries to the finance lead

Requirements

  • Reliable internet and personal computer
  • Ability to meet monthly closing deadlines
  • Comfortable with Excel formulas and pivot basics
  • High accuracy with numbers

Preferred skills

  • Understanding of GCC VAT rules
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books or SAP
  • Accounting or finance degree
  • Arabic language skills
