Remote App Testing Assistant – No Experience Required | Sohar, Oman

We are hiring for a remote quality assurance position based in Oman (candidates near Sohar preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Maintain the test case library as features change
• Suggest usability improvements you notice while testing
• Track defect status until closure
• Re-test fixes and confirm they work across browsers and devices
• Support release checklists and sign-off notes
• Verify Arabic and English interfaces display correctly
• Participate in short daily stand-ups with the product team

• Methodical, detail-focused working style
• Comfortable using multiple browsers and devices
• Interest in software quality as a career path
• Ability to describe problems precisely in writing

• Experience with Jira, TestRail or similar
• ISTQB Foundation study
• Awareness of RTL layout testing
• Basic SQL or API testing exposure
