About the role

This remote quality assurance vacancy is open to candidates in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Mecca preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Check content, links and forms before releases
  • Re-test fixes and confirm they work across browsers and devices
  • Maintain the test case library as features change
  • Track defect status until closure
  • Write clear bug reports with steps, screenshots and expected results
  • Support release checklists and sign-off notes
  • Suggest usability improvements you notice while testing

Requirements

  • Comfortable using multiple browsers and devices
  • Interest in software quality as a career path
  • Ability to describe problems precisely in writing
  • Methodical, detail-focused working style

Preferred skills

  • ISTQB Foundation study
  • Awareness of RTL layout testing
  • Experience with Jira, TestRail or similar
  • Basic SQL or API testing exposure
