Job summary

About the role

A work-from-home accounting opportunity for people living in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with VAT filing preparation where applicable
  • Reconcile bank statements at the end of each month
  • Prepare and send customer invoices on schedule
  • Flag unusual entries to the finance lead
  • Match supplier bills to purchase orders and receipts
  • Chase overdue payments politely and log responses
  • Maintain organised digital records for audit purposes

Requirements

  • High accuracy with numbers
  • Comfortable with Excel formulas and pivot basics
  • Accounting fundamentals from study or short courses
  • Reliable internet and personal computer

Preferred skills

  • Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books or SAP
  • Arabic language skills
  • Accounting or finance degree
  • Understanding of GCC VAT rules

Eligibility
