About the role

A work-from-home quality assurance opportunity for people living in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Tabuk preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Track defect status until closure
  • Verify Arabic and English interfaces display correctly
  • Support release checklists and sign-off notes
  • Suggest usability improvements you notice while testing
  • Write clear bug reports with steps, screenshots and expected results
  • Re-test fixes and confirm they work across browsers and devices

Requirements

  • Comfortable using multiple browsers and devices
  • Methodical, detail-focused working style
  • Ability to describe problems precisely in writing
  • Interest in software quality as a career path

Preferred skills

  • ISTQB Foundation study
  • Awareness of RTL layout testing
  • Experience with Jira, TestRail or similar
  • Basic SQL or API testing exposure
