Remote Marketing Designer – Fresh Graduates | Nizwa, Oman

We are hiring for a remote graphic design position based in Oman (candidates near Nizwa preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Export final files in the right formats and sizes
• Create simple animated posts or short video cuts
• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates
• Apply feedback from the marketing team within agreed timelines
• Prepare presentation decks and one-page documents
• Keep brand colours, fonts and spacing consistent
• Resize and adapt assets for different channels and formats

• Reliable computer able to run design software
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• An eye for layout, balance and typography

• Understanding of social ad specifications
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
• Illustration skills
