Job summary

About the role

A work-from-home virtual assistant opportunity for people living in Oman. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team

Requirements

  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Clear written English
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace

Preferred skills

  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Arabic communication skills
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
