Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote quality assurance role you can do from home in Qatar (candidates near Al Rayyan preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in short daily stand-ups with the product team
  • Re-test fixes and confirm they work across browsers and devices
  • Execute manual test cases across web and mobile builds
  • Track defect status until closure
  • Verify Arabic and English interfaces display correctly
  • Check content, links and forms before releases
  • Maintain the test case library as features change

Requirements

  • Interest in software quality as a career path
  • Ability to describe problems precisely in writing
  • Methodical, detail-focused working style
  • Comfortable using multiple browsers and devices
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • ISTQB Foundation study
  • Experience with Jira, TestRail or similar
  • Basic SQL or API testing exposure
