Remote QA Tester – 0–1 Years | Oman

We are hiring for a remote quality assurance position based in Oman. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Track defect status until closure
• Participate in short daily stand-ups with the product team
• Suggest usability improvements you notice while testing
• Support release checklists and sign-off notes
• Verify Arabic and English interfaces display correctly

• Comfortable using multiple browsers and devices
• Interest in software quality as a career path
• Ability to describe problems precisely in writing
• Methodical, detail-focused working style

• Basic SQL or API testing exposure
• ISTQB Foundation study
• Experience with Jira, TestRail or similar
• Awareness of RTL layout testing

• Monthly internet and home-office allowance

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

You must be legally resident in Oman to apply. The indicative range for this role is 150–400 OMR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
