Remote QA Tester – No Experience Required | Sohar, Oman

We are hiring for a remote quality assurance position based in Oman (candidates near Sohar preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Participate in short daily stand-ups with the product team
• Execute manual test cases across web and mobile builds
• Maintain the test case library as features change
• Support release checklists and sign-off notes
• Track defect status until closure
• Write clear bug reports with steps, screenshots and expected results

• Ability to describe problems precisely in writing
• Comfortable using multiple browsers and devices
• Methodical, detail-focused working style
• Interest in software quality as a career path

• ISTQB Foundation study
• Basic SQL or API testing exposure
• Awareness of RTL layout testing
• Experience with Jira, TestRail or similar

• Paid onboarding and structured training
