Job summary

About the role

This remote accounting vacancy is open to candidates in Bahrain. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of monthly financial summaries
  • Maintain organised digital records for audit purposes
  • Match supplier bills to purchase orders and receipts
  • Prepare and send customer invoices on schedule
  • Reconcile bank statements at the end of each month
  • Chase overdue payments politely and log responses
  • Record daily transactions in the accounting system

Requirements

  • Accounting fundamentals from study or short courses
  • Reliable internet and personal computer
  • Ability to meet monthly closing deadlines
  • Comfortable with Excel formulas and pivot basics

Preferred skills

  • Arabic language skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books or SAP
  • Accounting or finance degree
