Job summary

About the role

A work-from-home quality assurance opportunity for people living in Oman (candidates near Salalah preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Verify Arabic and English interfaces display correctly
  • Write clear bug reports with steps, screenshots and expected results
  • Check content, links and forms before releases
  • Suggest usability improvements you notice while testing
  • Track defect status until closure

Requirements

  • Comfortable using multiple browsers and devices
  • Ability to describe problems precisely in writing
  • Methodical, detail-focused working style
  • Interest in software quality as a career path
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Awareness of RTL layout testing
  • Experience with Jira, TestRail or similar
  • Basic SQL or API testing exposure
  • ISTQB Foundation study
