Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote quality assurance position based in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Track defect status until closure
  • Verify Arabic and English interfaces display correctly
  • Write clear bug reports with steps, screenshots and expected results
  • Support release checklists and sign-off notes
  • Re-test fixes and confirm they work across browsers and devices
  • Suggest usability improvements you notice while testing
  • Participate in short daily stand-ups with the product team

Requirements

  • Methodical, detail-focused working style
  • Ability to describe problems precisely in writing
  • Interest in software quality as a career path
  • Comfortable using multiple browsers and devices

Preferred skills

  • Awareness of RTL layout testing
  • ISTQB Foundation study
  • Basic SQL or API testing exposure
  • Experience with Jira, TestRail or similar

Eligibility
