Job summary

About the role

We are hiring for a remote virtual assistant position based in Oman (candidates near Salalah preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones

Requirements

  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Arabic communication skills
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana

Eligibility

You must be legally resident in Oman to apply. The indicative range for this role is 120–200 OMR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
