About the role

This is a fully remote virtual assistant role you can do from home in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Fujairah preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval

Requirements

  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace

  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Previous admin or reception experience
