About the role

A work-from-home virtual assistant opportunity for people living in Bahrain (candidates near Riffa preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings

Requirements

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Discretion when handling confidential information

Preferred skills

  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Arabic communication skills
