Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote virtual assistant role you can do from home in Oman (candidates near Sohar preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval
  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search

Requirements

  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Strong organisation and time management

Preferred skills

  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Arabic communication skills
