About the role

A work-from-home virtual assistant opportunity for people living in United Arab Emirates. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team

Requirements

  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace

Preferred skills

  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Arabic communication skills
