About the role

We are hiring for a remote virtual assistant position based in Bahrain (candidates near Manama preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes

Requirements

  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Arabic communication skills

Eligibility
