About the role

We are hiring for a remote virtual assistant position based in United Arab Emirates. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments

Requirements

  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Clear written English
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Previous admin or reception experience
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana

Eligibility
