About the role

We are hiring for a remote virtual assistant position based in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Keep shared folders organised and easy to search
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Sort and reply to routine email on behalf of the team
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments
  • Maintain contact lists and internal trackers

Requirements

  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Clear written English
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

Preferred skills

  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Arabic communication skills
  • Experience with Notion, Trello or Asana
  • Previous admin or reception experience

Eligibility
