About the role

We are hiring for a remote virtual assistant position based in Oman (candidates near Salalah preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritise daily tasks and confirm completion each evening
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers on pending items
  • Prepare documents, agendas and short meeting notes
  • Handle simple research tasks and summarise findings
  • Manage calendars, meetings and reminders across time zones
  • Track expenses and submit them for approval
  • Book travel, calls and online appointments

Requirements

  • Dependable internet and a quiet workspace
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Clear written English
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

Preferred skills

  • Basic bookkeeping familiarity
  • Arabic communication skills
