Junior Brand Design Assistant – 0–1 Years | Lusail, Qatar

This is a fully remote graphic design role you can do from home in Qatar (candidates near Lusail preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Keep brand colours, fonts and spacing consistent
• Resize and adapt assets for different channels and formats
• Maintain a reusable template library
• Export final files in the right formats and sizes
• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates
• Prepare presentation decks and one-page documents

• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• Reliable computer able to run design software

• Illustration skills
• Arabic typography awareness
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere

• Mentorship from an experienced team lead

You must be legally resident in Qatar to apply. The indicative range for this role is 2,400–5,400 QAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
