Junior Brand Design Assistant – 1–2 Years | Bahrain

A work-from-home graphic design opportunity for people living in Bahrain. Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates
• Prepare presentation decks and one-page documents
• Resize and adapt assets for different channels and formats
• Maintain a reusable template library
• Export final files in the right formats and sizes
• Create simple animated posts or short video cuts

• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Reliable computer able to run design software
• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools

• Arabic typography awareness
• Understanding of social ad specifications
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
• Illustration skills
