Junior Brand Design Assistant – Fresh Graduates | Hawalli, Kuwait

This is a fully remote graphic design role you can do from home in Kuwait (candidates near Hawalli preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Keep brand colours, fonts and spacing consistent
• Create simple animated posts or short video cuts
• Resize and adapt assets for different channels and formats
• Maintain a reusable template library
• Export final files in the right formats and sizes
• Support seasonal campaign visuals

• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• An eye for layout, balance and typography

• Illustration skills
• Understanding of social ad specifications
• Arabic typography awareness

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.
