Junior Brand Design Assistant – Fresh Graduates | United Arab Emirates

This remote graphic design vacancy is open to candidates in United Arab Emirates. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Create simple animated posts or short video cuts
• Keep brand colours, fonts and spacing consistent
• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates
• Prepare presentation decks and one-page documents
• Organise design files in a clear folder structure
• Support seasonal campaign visuals
• Maintain a reusable template library

• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• Reliable computer able to run design software
• Ability to follow brand guidelines

• Understanding of social ad specifications
• Arabic typography awareness
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
• Illustration skills

• Monthly internet and home-office allowance
• Clear performance reviews every quarter
• Wellness day each quarter
• Career progression into a mid-level role

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

You must be legally resident in United Arab Emirates to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,400–8,050 AED per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
