Junior Brand Design Assistant – Fresh Graduates | Worldwide Remote

A work-from-home graphic design opportunity for people living in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates
• Apply feedback from the marketing team within agreed timelines
• Create simple animated posts or short video cuts
• Prepare presentation decks and one-page documents
• Resize and adapt assets for different channels and formats
• Organise design files in a clear folder structure

• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• Reliable computer able to run design software
• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools

• Arabic typography awareness
• Understanding of social ad specifications
• Illustration skills
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere

• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Wellness day each quarter
• Mentorship from an experienced team lead
• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions

You will finish this role with practical, transferable experience and references you can use.

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 250–650 OMR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
