Junior Brand Design Assistant – Junior Level | Doha, Qatar

We are hiring for a remote graphic design position based in Qatar (candidates near Doha preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Support seasonal campaign visuals
• Prepare presentation decks and one-page documents
• Maintain a reusable template library
• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates
• Organise design files in a clear folder structure

• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• Reliable computer able to run design software
• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools

• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
• Illustration skills
• Arabic typography awareness
• Understanding of social ad specifications
