Junior Brand Design Assistant – No Experience Required | Doha, Qatar

This is a fully remote graphic design role you can do from home in Qatar (candidates near Doha preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Apply feedback from the marketing team within agreed timelines
• Export final files in the right formats and sizes
• Create simple animated posts or short video cuts
• Resize and adapt assets for different channels and formats
• Maintain a reusable template library
• Prepare presentation decks and one-page documents
• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates

• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• Reliable computer able to run design software
• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• Ability to follow brand guidelines

• Arabic typography awareness
• Understanding of social ad specifications
• Illustration skills
