Junior Brand Design Assistant – No Experience Required | United Arab Emirates

This is a fully remote graphic design role you can do from home in United Arab Emirates. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Maintain a reusable template library
• Apply feedback from the marketing team within agreed timelines
• Keep brand colours, fonts and spacing consistent
• Support seasonal campaign visuals
• Organise design files in a clear folder structure
• Export final files in the right formats and sizes

• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Reliable computer able to run design software
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools

• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
• Illustration skills
• Understanding of social ad specifications

• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
• Wellness day each quarter
• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset

You must be legally resident in United Arab Emirates to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,000–7,100 AED per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
