Junior Brand Design Assistant – No Experience Required | Worldwide Remote

We are hiring for a remote graphic design position based in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Create simple animated posts or short video cuts
• Resize and adapt assets for different channels and formats
• Support seasonal campaign visuals
• Apply feedback from the marketing team within agreed timelines
• Prepare presentation decks and one-page documents

• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• Reliable computer able to run design software

• Illustration skills
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
• Arabic typography awareness

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 150–350 OMR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
