Junior Motion & Static Designer – Fresh Graduates | Kuwait

We are hiring for a remote graphic design position based in Kuwait. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Resize and adapt assets for different channels and formats
• Maintain a reusable template library
• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates
• Support seasonal campaign visuals
• Export final files in the right formats and sizes
• Create simple animated posts or short video cuts
• Prepare presentation decks and one-page documents

• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• Reliable computer able to run design software
• Portfolio of study, freelance or personal work
• An eye for layout, balance and typography
• Ability to follow brand guidelines

• Arabic typography awareness
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
• Illustration skills
• Understanding of social ad specifications

• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.
