Junior Motion & Static Designer – No Experience Required | Salalah, Oman

We are hiring for a remote graphic design position based in Oman (candidates near Salalah preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Maintain a reusable template library
• Prepare presentation decks and one-page documents
• Design social posts, banners and simple ad creatives from templates
• Keep brand colours, fonts and spacing consistent
• Apply feedback from the marketing team within agreed timelines
• Support seasonal campaign visuals

• Ability to follow brand guidelines
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe tools
• Reliable computer able to run design software
• An eye for layout, balance and typography

• Understanding of social ad specifications
• Illustration skills
• Arabic typography awareness
• Basic video editing with CapCut or Premiere
