Job summary

About the role

A work-from-home online tutoring opportunity for people living in Kuwait. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
  • Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
  • Record attendance and session notes
  • Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
  • Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
  • Recommend extra practice resources

Requirements

  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style

Preferred skills

  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
