Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote online tutoring role you can do from home in Kuwait (candidates near Kuwait City preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
  • Recommend extra practice resources
  • Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
  • Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
  • Record attendance and session notes

Requirements

  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams

Preferred skills

  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering

Eligibility
