About the role

This remote online tutoring vacancy is open to candidates in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Ajman preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

Responsibilities

  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
  • Recommend extra practice resources
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Record attendance and session notes
  • Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
  • Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents

Requirements

  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style

Preferred skills

  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
