Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote online tutoring role you can do from home in Qatar. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Record attendance and session notes
  • Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
  • Recommend extra practice resources
  • Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept

Requirements

  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams

Preferred skills

  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering

Eligibility

You must be legally resident in Qatar to apply. The indicative range for this role is 5,150–11,500 QAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
