Online English Tutor (Remote) – Fresh Graduates | Oman

This is a fully remote online tutoring role you can do from home in Oman. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
• Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
• Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
• Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
• Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
• Recommend extra practice resources
• Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples

• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet

• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
• Experience with digital whiteboards
• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering

• Clear performance reviews every quarter
• Monthly internet and home-office allowance
• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset
• Career progression into a mid-level role

You will finish this role with practical, transferable experience and references you can use.

You must be legally resident in Oman to apply. The indicative range for this role is 250–650 OMR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
