Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote online tutoring role you can do from home in Bahrain (candidates near Riffa preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
  • Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
  • Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
  • Recommend extra practice resources
  • Record attendance and session notes
  • Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
  • Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples

Requirements

  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

Preferred skills

  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering

Eligibility
