Job summary

About the role

This remote online tutoring vacancy is open to candidates in Bahrain (candidates near Isa Town preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
  • Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
  • Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
  • Set short exercises and give constructive feedback
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines

Requirements

  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style

Preferred skills

  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
