Online Learning Support Assistant – 1–2 Years | Worldwide Remote

We are hiring for a remote online tutoring position based in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept
• Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
• Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
• Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
• Set short exercises and give constructive feedback

• Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
• Quiet space, webcam and stable internet
• Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams

• Experience with digital whiteboards
• Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
• Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
• Bilingual Arabic and English delivery

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 4,200–9,950 AED per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
