Job summary

About the role

This remote online tutoring vacancy is open to candidates in Kuwait (candidates near Farwaniya preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

Responsibilities

  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Maintain punctual attendance for every booked session
  • Recommend extra practice resources
  • Prepare lesson material suited to each learner's level
  • Record attendance and session notes
  • Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
  • Set short exercises and give constructive feedback

Requirements

  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet

Preferred skills

  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Bilingual Arabic and English delivery
  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula
  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering

Eligibility
