Job summary

About the role

This is a fully remote online tutoring role you can do from home in Qatar. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Track learner progress and share simple reports with parents
  • Keep sessions engaging with interactive tools and examples
  • Follow safeguarding and communication guidelines
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group lessons over video
  • Record attendance and session notes
  • Recommend extra practice resources
  • Adjust pace when a student struggles with a concept

Requirements

  • Clear speaking voice and patient teaching style
  • Strong subject knowledge in your chosen area
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
  • Quiet space, webcam and stable internet

Preferred skills

  • Teaching or tutoring experience, including volunteering
  • Experience with digital whiteboards
  • Familiarity with GCC or IB/IGCSE curricula

Eligibility

You must be legally resident in Qatar to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,800–8,500 QAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
